The course teaches a holistic approach to Christian discipleship and leadership in the context of mission and knowledge of the Bible.

What qualification will I recieve?
The qualification for the full time course is a Certificate in Higher Education, accredited by Middlesex University (subject to validation).
How can I use this qualification?
Studying at CML will not just give you an academic qualification, but it also allows space for personal transformation and growth. Spending time at CML will help you explore more of your giftings and calling and equip you for the rest of your life.
How does this relate to my future career?
The mixture of academic study, applied teaching and a missional placement will demonstrate to future employer a wide range of valuable skills. Taking a year out to invest in leadership skills is an attractive quality for any employer and these skills will be demonstrated through the practical placement.
How would a year at CML be relevant to me?
Investing time to be trained as a Christian leader is a required practice for those who intend to go into church based ministry. Since our understanding is that work is not an alternative to mission and ministry but your chief sphere of mission and ministry, why not likewise invest some time being prepared for that life calling?
