If you are planning a conference whether for a week, a day or even just a meeting, LST offers you a wide range of seminar rooms, comfortable accommodation, excellent catering, beautiful grounds and all in a location easily accessible by public transport.
LST is the perfect location to escape the hustle and bustle of city life yet within easy reach of central London, St Albans, Windsor and Oxford. Central London is just 30 minutes away by London Underground (Metropolitan Line).
We promise a warm welcome from the whole team and every effort on our part to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Our conference rooms range in size and style to accommodate meetings from 2 to 250 allowing for large sessions and small groups. All of the rooms are equipped with data/video projectors and screen together with a whiteboard. TV and video facilities can also be made available as well as email and Internet access.
Wireless Internet access is available in our library and student centre. We can also offer WiFi in any of our conference rooms.
As well as providing conference facilities, LST offers 5 acres of lovely grounds to relax in, together with leisure facilities including tennis courts, a football pitch and a newly refurbished centre with table tennis, pool, air hockey, a gym and television lounges.
Our accommodation is in our main Laing building as well as Mitchell and Aldis houses. They offer university-style rooms, a mixture of single and twin-bedded rooms equipped with telephone and network points for Internet access. Every floor has a kitchenette and bath/shower facilities. There is also a launderette on site.
We have been privileged to welcome conference groups from all over the world including World Harvest Mission, Christian Witness to Israel, Africa Inland Mission and Larry Crabb’s NewWay Ministries.
