Training Unit Administrator  -  14 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen to join the Training Unit working two days per week (ideally Thursday and Friday) in order to cover a period of maternity leave, which is anticipated to be around 1 year in duration.

The purpose of this role is to offer administrative support to the Training Unit Coordinator and maintain systems to meet the administrative needs of the Training Unit. The job will involve using and maintaining databases and other administrative systems; liaison with students regarding the submission of placement paperwork; keeping the careers information up to date for students and alumni and maintaining and developing the Jobs Board both in-house and via Facebook.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and time management skills, high levels of attention to detail and great interpersonal skills. They must be IT literate and will ideally have some experience of using Photoshop or similar software.
