Head Chef / Catering Manager

 

We have a vacancy for a Head Chef/Catering Manager who will be responsible for the management of term time, conference catering services and all hospitality events including preparation and cooking of meals on a regular basis. This is a full-time post (35 hours per week) and will sometimes require some weekend and evening work.

 

The post holder needs to be highly motivated, passionate about food and an experienced chef, with a proven track record of managing a team of chefs. He or she will spearhead a highly successful catering department and develop the catering services for conferences and events whilst supplying good quality food to students during term time.
