THEOLOGY, MUSIC & WORSHIP PROGRAMME

This established and newly revised Certificate, Diploma and Degree programme is designed for musically gifted students who want to receive professional coaching to develop their musical skills to a high level and at the same time study a higher education programme combining and integrating theology, music and worship.

NEW this year is the opportunity to specialise in composition as an alternative First Study programme. Students will learn to compose in a breadth of styles across a wide spectrum of music for worship.

Scholarships towards 1st Study fees are available for orchestral instrumentalists and pianists applying for the Theology Music & Worship programme.

Students graduating from this course have taken up staff positions in churches as music directors, worship pastors, creative worship co-ordinators. Some have been accepted into ordained ministry. Others have, for example, taken postgraduate performance diplomas in conservatoires, trained to be music teachers, or worked as freelance musicians.
